Education and travel has landed me where I am today, currently a primary art teacher in Hong Kong. I had visited 25 countries by the age of 25 and I continue to move as far and as fast as I can with the ambition to build my visual library and gain inspiration to help inspire and teach my students. I have taught in Italy, Australia, the United States and now China. Although I am specifically an art educator, regardless of what I am teaching I facilitate global thinking, creative exploration and an appreciation of the world around us.

This site is for teachers, parents, students and art enthusiasts. Whether you want to learn how to make a piñata or simply want to see whats happening in the art room, welcome, and enjoy the journey with Ms. Kit Lang.

  1. Hello Ms. Kit Lang, I am writing on behalf of the American-French Genealogical Society in Woonsocket, RI. We publish a quarterly journal titled “Je Me Souviens” about French-Canadian genealogy research. We are featuring an article about Marie-Josephe Angelique in our 2020 Q1 issue and would like to put your painting “Incendiary, Marie-Joseph Angelique” on the cover of our journal with your copyright byline beneath it. MAy we have permission to do that? We are a non-profit and the journal goes to our members and partner societies. We do not sell the journal.

    1. Hi there,

I am not entirely clear which picture you are referencing. Did you find the painting on my blog?

Happy to help just need to know which image/painting you are talking about to ensure it is in fact mine before I give permission for you to use.

Thanks and have a nice day!

  2. Hello Ms Lang, here is the website where I found your painting of Marie-Joseph Angelique with your copyright information.

This is the information that appeared beneath the painting: Incendiary, Marie-Joseph Angelique

It is an excellent image that would be a perfect complement to our genealogical article regarding Marie-Joseph Angelique. If you would like a copy of the article that we are publishing in our next issue, please email me at JMSeditor@afgs.org .
Thank you for your help with this request.

  3. Hi Kit,

I love your videos! They are so entertaining!!The way you integrate PE, Music, Art History is great! I would love to learn the details of how you create such a slick, professional looking video! You should think about teaching a class for other art teachers!:)

    1. Hi Maria,

Sincerest thanks for the thoughtful message! I do teach classes to help and support other art teachers, in fact, as I am an Adjunct Instructor for the The Art od Education University as well as help create content for their courses. Are you an art educator as well? Have you checked out any of their courses & content?

  4. Hello Kit! I have really enjoyed your videos, specifically the Elements of Art song with motions! I was wondering if you would consider making an art-specific clean up song since there are not many out there and you are musically gifted? I would really appreciate it! Thanks for your consideration and your lovely art videos.
